I’m currently at St. Luke’s Hospital in St. Louis, MO. I’m looking at having my right ovary and tube removed along with my left tube. There is a 3 inch abcess on my right ovary. This wouldn’t be too alarming, had I not just had emergency surgery 3 weeks ago because an abscess on my right ovary had ruptured. I was in the hospital for 8 days. So 3 weeks later I’m back. I’m frustrated because I had no clue that my Essure implants would lead to this. I’ve exhausted almost all my FMLA and may lose my job. I’m extremely grateful for my 3 children, husband, mother, mother-in-law and all my extended family who has helped while I’ve been in the hospital or home recovering from surgery n
