I had Essure implanted in 2009. Last year I started have extreme muscle pain including massive knots. I went for massages but in the last 6 months it’s started hurting just to be touched. My hips, shoulders and neck hurt constantly. My hair is falling out. I’m always tired but when I get in bed I can’t sleep because I hurt so much. The mornings are the worse. When I get up I am so stiff I can hardly move. It lessens during the day but never completely stops. I’ve tried telling my doctors that’s what it is but they keep trying to rule everything else out. I’m tired of hurting all the time.

I had the Essure procedure done in 2014 because it was the best option for me considering I have PCOS.. A few months later I started with lower back pain, pelvic pain and headaches. I asked if it was do to the procedure and they said to give it time to “settle”. As time went by my symptoms seemed to get worse, still with back pain, pelvic pain, feeling tired, chest pain, nausea, dizziness, vomiting, headaches. Doctors would always say it couldn’t be the procedure. So finally this year 2018 it knock me on my ass! I’m still having chest pain, body aches, pelvic pain, bloating, dizziness, nausea, migraines are so out of control and so intense that I’m having Occipital Nerve Block and trigger shots just to keep them under control andnow I’m dealing with anxiety!! I’m under 2 Neurologist, PCP, and Physical Therapist. I’ve had MRI’s, CT-scan, EKG’s, EEG’s, chest x-rays, and numerous blood work of all kinds. Everything I could think of I had checked i.e. thyroid, sugars, liver, kidneys, etc….. so i basically ruled out any other option I went back to my past visit summuries and it all started since the implants. I finally got my GYNo to consider removing the coils. still waiting on call to see if they are putting me on the waiting list for removal. *i’m wondering after I have them removed because I WILL have them removed if all my symptoms will be resolved especially the anxiety……….
