I have had my Essure for ten years. I was told by my physician that it was a pure titanium rod, now I find out there is nickel in it to which I am allergic. I still have the implant and have had chronic back pain of unknown origin, mood swings, deep depression, hair loss, and cramping. I’m not sure what to do or how to get this thing out of me as my insurance will not cover a ‘reversal of sterilization’ even though I am 50. Please help me! I don’t know what to do and the ‘statute of limitations’ is 3 years. Any advice would be welcome! Thanks much! Julie
